Recently technicians have discovered mildew in the construction wood of the monumental conference location Felix Meritis. This means Panel Room 2 and Business Lounge 3 will not be in use for this year’s edition of ADE, but delegates will still be able to conduct their meetings and network as normal in Business Lounge 1 and 2. On a brighter note our late registration deadline has now passed and we are excited to say that there are far more registered professionals at this moment in comparison than last year.
Unfortunately, as a result of the increased number of registered professionals and the decreased capacity of the conference location, ADE registrations will now be closed until an alternative neighbouring location has been found. Please note this does not affect people who have already registered – they still get access to the whole ADE day and night program.
The organisation will do their utmost to search for a solution for this unforeseen inconvenience. We kindly ask you to be patient and check our website for further updates. In the upcoming week we will announce if we are able to release any more conference registrations. Until then we are forced to close our conference ticket sales!

The Amsterdam Dance Event will only send an invoice upon request. All payments must be made in full. No admission will be granted to participants who have not paid in full. Registration is personal and registra-tions are non-transferable. The Amsterdam Dance Event operates a no refund policy.
